Which information helps with a quotation request?

To properly assess your request, it is helpful if you provide as much relevant information as possible in advance. Not all details need to be known immediately. If certain aspects are still unclear, we can discuss them in a follow-up conversation.

For example, consider:

Application

What will the packaging or container be used for? Is it intended for transport, storage, handling, return logistics or protection during shipment?

Product information

Which products, components or equipment need to be packaged? If available, we would like to receive approximate dimensions, weight and any vulnerable points.

Quantities

Is it a single custom-made solution, a small series or a recurring requirement?

Transport and operating conditions

Will the solution be used for road transport, air freight, sea freight, internal logistics or storage? Are there specific requirements regarding handling, stackability, forklift use or return transport?

Technical requirements

Are there requirements regarding shock loads, vibration, IP protection, ESD, temperature, standards or other technical conditions? Please include these where possible.

Drawings or files

Do you have drawings, photos, specifications or an existing set of requirements? You can include these so that our specialists can assess your request more quickly and accurately.
